Next Intergroup meeting: the European elections (14th February)

AW Intergroup On Thursday 14th February, the Intergroup on the Welfare and the Conservation of Animals will gather to discuss the achievements of the Intergroup during this term and look at the upcoming European elections 2019.

The second agenda point will address the next legislative term and will see the official launch of ‘Vote for Animals 2019’, Eurogroup for Animals’ campaign for the European elections.
The website of the campaign ‘Vote for Animals’ will be launched on the day of the Intergroup meeting.

Candidates  for the European elections will be offered the opportunity to sign the pledge ‘Vote for Animals 2019’ thus taking specific engagements on key animal welfare topics, including companion animal welfare, for the next term.
