The City Council grants 30,000 Euros to implement TNR in Malaga

The Environmental Sustainability Department has agreed authorized the implementation of a public TNR project that will regulate the care of controlled colonies of feral cats and guarantee their inclusion within the urban environment. The main objective of the project is to guarantee the absence of risks for public health. The councilors responsible for this area, Raúl Jiménez, and the president of AMAN, Marcos Canzian, have presented the agreement on Monday, recalling that the City Council of Malaga already launched a first pilot TNR programme in 2015. With the collaboration of different associations around 400 controlled colony cats have already been neutered (Spanish)
